Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to commonly asked questions about our admission process.

What is the admission procedure for Nursery class?

For Nursery admissions, parents need to fill out the online registration form, followed by document submission. There is no formal entrance assessment for Nursery students, but an informal interaction with the child and parents is conducted. Admission is confirmed based on seat availability and successful completion of the interaction session.

Does the school provide transportation facilities?

Yes, Nashik Cambridge School provides transportation facilities covering most areas of Nashik city. Our school buses are equipped with GPS tracking systems and are operated by experienced drivers with trained attendants. Transportation fees are charged separately from the tuition fees. You can check the routes and fee details at the school office during admission.

What is the student-teacher ratio in each class?

We maintain a healthy student-teacher ratio to ensure personalized attention for each student. For pre-primary classes, the ratio is approximately 15:1, while for primary and secondary classes, it is about 25:1. This ratio allows our teachers to address individual learning needs effectively.

Is there a waiting list if classes are full?

Yes, we maintain a waiting list for classes that are already full. If a seat becomes available, candidates on the waiting list are contacted in order of merit and registration date. Being on the waiting list, however, does not guarantee admission.

What is the school's policy for admitting students with special needs?

Nashik Cambridge School believes in inclusive education. We accept students with mild learning differences who can be accommodated in our mainstream classrooms with additional support. Parents must disclose any special needs or learning differences during the admission process so that we can assess our ability to provide appropriate support. For specific questions regarding our inclusive education approach, please contact the school counselor.
